A very... intriguing image, I must say. Poor Richard. He certainly didn’t get much done. The description was great, of the scene itself, but I honestly don’t see enough of a ‘tender’ background for these two to be having sex- even though it was well written. I simply think that at this stage, and without any background, it’s a little less bloody than sex would be between these two. Passion and violence, and the anger Richard is feeling hasn’t been resolved for the reader- this Richard is just calm. Perhaps a mention of how the two had gotten to where they are now would help.
Either way- Jean-Claude stripping? Can we say ‘Drool’? A perfect image of the most beautiful vampire in... Well, you know. After all, you wrote it.
Author's Response: LOL. No, poor Richard didn't stand a chance. JC's distraction techniques were pretty successful, I'd say. :)
Have you read the rest of the stories posted in this series? It's one of several stories set in a universe I established in my story, Veritas, which I posted here a few days ago. It may be a bit early to be tender, but that's prolly my weakness, I like the schmoop. *blushes*
